What we collect
- What you send us: your name, email address, phone number and message when you use a form on this site, book a time with us, or chat with us.
- Conversations: chats on this site, calls, text messages and online meetings with us. Calls and online meetings with our AI assistant are transcribed and may be recorded; we tell you at the start when it is recorded.
- Technical information: your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, used to run and protect the site.
How we use it
- To reply to you, handle your booking or request, and provide our services.
- To send you text messages about your booking and requests, if you gave your phone number on our booking form under its text-message terms. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
- To keep records of our conversations and your choices, keep the site secure, and meet our legal obligations.
Our AI assistant
Our website chat and phone line are answered by an AI assistant that works for us. What you tell it is processed by AI systems to answer you and to handle your request. A person at Tennis Sensei can see those conversations.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information, and we don't share it for other companies' advertising. We share it only with service providers that work for us:
- AgentsFast (operated by JDMTECHSOLUTIONS LLC dba DavidAgents), which hosts this site and runs our assistant, booking and customer records for us. AgentsFast's own policy is at https://davidagents.ai/privacy.
- The providers AgentsFast uses to deliver the service:
- network delivery and file storage (Cloudflare);
- AI models that power the assistant;
- phone calls and text messages (Telnyx);
- voice synthesis (ElevenLabs);
- payments (Stripe; we never see your full card number).
We may also disclose information when the law requires it. Phone numbers and text-message consent are never shared with third parties for their marketing.
Tracking
This site doesn't track you across other websites and doesn't let other companies do so, so it works the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" signal.
How long we keep it
As long as we need it to serve you and keep ordinary business records, then we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner (see below). We may keep what the law requires us to keep.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct or delete your information: email manager@tennissensei.com.
- Stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- Depending on where you live (for example California, or the EU and UK), you may have further rights under local law; ask us and we will respond as that law requires.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we update this page and the date at the top.
